Key Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic treatment plans that encompass all aspects of a client’s well-being.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines governing mental health practice.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development opportunities, enhancing your skills and knowledge in the ever-evolving field of mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at ATI Behavioral Institute, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families with limited access to mental health resources. You will address a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your compassionate approach will make a significant impact on the lives of those facing challenges in their mental health journey.

Qualifications
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Current and active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Kansas.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience, predominantly in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards related to mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits
