Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans that address patients' unique goals, utilizing hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and advanced modalities.
• Provide ongoing patient education on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and postural alignment to promote long-term wellness.
• Utilize modalities such as electrical stimulation, heat and ice treatments, and ultrasound to enhance treatment efficacy and manage pain.
• Monitor patient progress throughout the treatment process, adjusting plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and align with evolving patient needs.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care coordination, sharing insights and suggestions to foster patient recovery.
• Maintain precise patient records, documenting evaluations, treatment interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Active Life Rehab, we serve a diverse patient population facing a wide range of challenges, including but not limited to back and neck pain, joint pain due to osteoarthritis, tendonitis, post-surgical rehabilitation, and balance disorders. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

• A minimum of five years of clinical experience, with a focus on diverse therapeutic techniques.
• Deep understanding of advanced rehabilitation methodologies and a commitment to staying abreast of industry developments.

Compensation and Benefits
