Job description

Administrative Assistant

Provide administrative and secretarial support services for Army Security Assistance Command. Responsibilities include performing a variety of complex and routine administrative and secretarial duties, answering and directing phone calls and communication, organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings, maintaining contact lists, producing and distributing correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms, and assisting with the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.

Requirements include a minimum of three years of administrative assistant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, active Secret Clearance, functional knowledge of Microsoft Office and SharePoint, government travel, and time and attendance reporting systems.
