**THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD**
Description: ACT1 Federal is seeking an eLearning Developer to support the modernization of special tactics training through the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Developing online learning modules
  • Designing multimedia instructional products
  • Support learning management systems
  • Create digital assessments
  • Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers
  • Ensure courseware meets learning objectives
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in education or psychology is required.
  • Minimum five (5) years supporting DoD instructional technology programs.
  • Special Operations background is preferred.
  • Experience developing online training solutions.
  • Active Secret Clearance is required.
