Job description

Description
General Responsibilities
  • Basic knowledge of general cleaning principles, use of cleaning products and equipment, operation of grounds maintenance equipment, and general repair
  • Timely response and recording of guest service requests, according to company policy
  • Assist in the sorting, pre-treatment, washing, drying, and folding of hotel linens
  • Stock, maintain, and organize storage closets and facilities with proper inventory levels
  • Maintains property grounds and public spaces in excellent condition
  • Stays accessible to front desk, housekeeping, and the Operations Manager

Requirements
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds on a consistent basis
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools
  • 1 year of hotel experience is preferred, but not required
