Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and a work-life balance tailored to your needs. However, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate virtually with your colleagues in an outpatient office setting. We utilize advanced electronic medical record (EMR) systems to facilitate communication, documentation, and patient care continuity. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be empowered to share insights and strategies that enhance overall client care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Facilitate therapy sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting approaches to meet unique client requirements.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care and enhance client support.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele encompasses a broad spectrum of individuals grappling with diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of an active and unrestricted Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of both legal and ethical standards related to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating rapport with diverse client backgrounds.
• A proven ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy or couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly those with limited access to health resources.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity. Additionally, our counselors receive client referrals, and we provide comprehensive support with billing and documentation to streamline your workflow.
