Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to obtain detailed insights into clients' mental health history, strengths, and support systems.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans, focusing on specific patient goals and appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for our clients.
• Offer crisis intervention and risk assessments, including safety planning, as part of our commitment to maintaining client safety and well-being.
• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions and psychoeducational workshops that encourage social support and education.
• Ensure precise and timely documentation that meets ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse population seeking support for various mental health challenges. Our clientele ranges from children coping with anxiety to adults experiencing severe depression or trauma. The role requires a nuanced understanding of different cultural backgrounds and individual experiences, thereby enhancing therapeutic effectiveness and outcomes.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Proven expertise with at least two years of experience in either mental health or outpatient settings.
• Strong grasp of evidence-based therapeutic techniques and an ability to apply them effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
