Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, strengths, and available resources, identifying pathways to treatment and recovery.
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to address specific mental health issues.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans, including measurable therapeutic goals and interventions, to guide clients towards recovery and resilience.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team of psychiatrists and psychologists to ensure coordinated, holistic care for clients.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, offering timely support and developing safety plans for at-risk clients.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, following the guidelines of our clinic's policies.

Compensation and Benefits
