POSITION OVERVIEW:<\/u><\/b>
Seeking a hands\-on Scrum Master to support an AI Transformation Program focused on AI\-enabled workflows and business solutions.
This role will lead Agile delivery, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, drive team accountability, and manage risks and dependencies.
RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/u><\/b><\/span><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Lead Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive sprint execution and team accountability
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Track sprint commitments, milestones, and deliverables
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Remove blockers impacting delivery
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage risks and dependencies
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage cross\-team dependencies
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Coordinate internal and external project teams
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner with business and technology stakeholders
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Support delivery of AI\-enabled workflows and business solutions
<\/p>
<\/span>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree in a related field
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Active Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>5+ years of Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Recent hands\-on Scrum Master experience
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience serving as Scrum Master on large Agile programs
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience leading Scrum ceremonies and Agile delivery activities
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience facilitating Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Scrum of Scrums
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience driving Agile delivery across cross\-functional teams
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience managing sprint execution, blockers, risks, and dependencies
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience coordinating business and technology stakeholders
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience supporting AI, Machine Learning, Data, Analytics, or AI transformation initiatives
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience delivering AI solutions
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning concepts, and AI\-enabled workflows
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Experience within technology, SaaS, or product organizations
<\/p>
<\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
