         <\/span><\/span><\/span>The Product & System Analyst is a product specialist for the firm's key strategies producing analytics including performance\-based metrics, holdings based analysis and peer comparisons. Primary owner of key systems - Morningstar Direct, Evestment, Bloomberg Port, and Factset<\/b> Analytics.\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>We are looking to expand our talent bench by adding another professional; someone possessing a great attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to help support and evolve our team. The existing 4\-person team has significant experience, as such; we are willing to consider a range of experience for this next hire (2 - 10+ years).\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Our ideal candidate has a blend of domain knowledge in investment strategies, technical savviness with investment systems, excel, and data manipulation (SQL, Python, VBA, etc.), along with the right work ethic and mindset to operate in a demanding environment where routine work must be balanced with unexpected business demands.\n

Core Responsibilities:<\/b>\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Produce and maintain a variety of scheduled and ad hoc reports related to portfolio and benchmark holdings, attribution, manager performance and peer rank and characteristics. Respond to client, prospect requests and conducts complex product analysis.\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Automation of deliverables & data integrity - standardization of processes for delivering required data to management, investment teams, marketing and client service. Leverage various third\-party tools such as FactSet PA, FactSet SPAR, Bloomberg, eVestment, and Morningstar Direct. Provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that meet business requirements.\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Partner with marketing on Seismic, firm's content management system. Production and mapping of existing data sources, creation of new data sources, write queries and implement process improvements including best practice structure.\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>In addition to ongoing responsibilities will be expected to lead projects and initiatives related to product data and industry. Analyze current process and makes process improvements, leverage existing process if working but will also rebuild to create efficiency.\n
<\/p>\n

Skills and Competencies:<\/b>\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor's degree. Preferably in finance, accounting or relevant field. CIPM, CFA or other industry professional designations desirable.<\/b>\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>2 or more years of performance measurement and or analytical experience within the financial services industry.\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Technical understanding of markets, securities (with fixed income a priority), portfolio construction, investment systems, performance, composites, and product analysis.\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent overall computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in several software packages. Strong ability in Microsoft Excel, including Vlookups, Pivot Tables and Macros.<\/b>\n
<\/p>\n

         <\/span><\/span><\/span>Competency with investment systems, data providers, and analytics tools. Client utilizes Seismic, Advent APX, Archer, Orion, Charles River, Factset<\/b>, Bloomberg, CAPS, Snowflake and more.\n
<\/p>\n
