Job description
We are seeking a Guidewire Digital Consultant to design, configure, and implement Guidewire solutions that support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Guidewire platforms, Java/Gosu development, integrations, cloud technologies, and P&C insurance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Design, configure, and implement Guidewire solutions including PolicyCenter and ClaimCenter.
- Develop digital experiences using Guidewire frameworks such as Jutro for customer and agent applications.
- Build and support integrations using APIs, web services, and integration gateways.
- Perform data migration, validation, and workflow optimization.
- Automate and improve insurance processes including policy, claims, payments, and reconciliation workflows.
- Participate in Agile/SAFe delivery, upgrades, enhancements, and production releases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and insurance teams.
- Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or other Guidewire modules.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Gosu, and SQL.
- Experience with API integrations and CI/CD tools such as GitLab.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe environments.
- Strong understanding of P&C insurance workflows, policy lifecycle, and claims processes.
