    Location: 12 states across the Midwest, Southeast, Central, and Southwestern United States

    Job Description
    We are seeking an experienced Directional Drill Foreman to oversee directional drilling operations in the Southeastern and Mid-Atlantic. This role involves managing on-site activities, coordinating with crew members, ensuring project timelines are met, and upholding strict safety and compliance standards.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Supervise and lead a directional drilling crew in the installation of underground utilities
    • Operate and maintain directional drilling equipment efficiently and safely
    • Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
    • Enforce job site safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry regulations
    • Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement effective solutions
    • Maintain accurate records of work performed, including daily reports and safety documentation
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in directional drilling operations within the utility construction industry
    • Strong knowledge of underground utility installation processes
