Job description
The Barback supports the Bartending team in delivering exceptional service to guests across all Food & Beverage outlets at Old Edwards Hospitality Group. This role is responsible for ensuring bar areas remain fully stocked, clean, and well-organized throughout service, contributing to efficient operations and an outstanding guest experience.

- Stand and walk for extended periods during service.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and glassware throughout the shift.
- Clean and maintain bar areas, including countertops, sinks, equipment, and tools.
- Empty trash receptacles and keep all bar spaces free of clutter.
- Assist with preparation of garnishes and bar setup prior to service.
- Support Bartenders during high-volume periods with restocking and service needs.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels throughout the shift.
- Follow all ABC regulations, sanitation guidelines, and company safety standards.
- Assist with bar closing procedures such as cleaning, restocking, and breakdown.
- Change kegs and replenish ice bins as needed.
- Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude and communicate effectively with staff.
- Respond promptly to requests from Bartenders and Managers.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions and work efficiently.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, team-focused demeanor with strong communication skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and assist wherever needed.
- Professional, guest-oriented attitude at all times.
