Job description
Interview Process: 1 technical video interview and then an offer will be made.
TOP MUST HAVE:
- Sales & Distribution (SD), Order to Cash (OTC), and SAP Pricing module
- Good knowledge on ABAP
- Functional role but some technical too.
- End to end implementation experience from ECC to S4 HANA specifically
Please prepare on –
- ABAP- Big part of the role
- Master data exp- need
- Mappings, cuttover, data conversion: all things they need exp with
- End to end implementation experience from ECC to S4 hanna specifically.
Responsibilities and scope:
- Ability to gather requirements, deliver to ABAP dev team
- Support system testing, hypercare post implementation
- Must come from manufacturing domain
- S4 is preferred, but can accept ECC experience
- Must have supported an SAP implementation/migration at some point
- Ability to handle configurations within SAP
- SAP SD functional expertise, specifically:
- Order‑to‑Cash
Pricing (called out explicitly as a must)
- Implementation experience:
- Prefer SAP S/4HANA, but ECC is acceptable
Candidate must have been part of at least one implementation and be able to “hit the ground running”
- Functional + technical depth:
- Ability to translate business processes into SAP configuration
- Able to partner with ABAP developers on enhancements and explain requirements clearly. Should have some ABAP experience.
- Senior‑level capability:
- 5+ years experience
- Not a junior or train‑up role
- Manufacturing context:
- Experience supporting manufacturing environments is strongly expected
Core Responsibilities (as described)
- Gather and define business requirements
- Design and validate end‑to‑end SD business processes
- Configure SAP and ensure solutions align with how the business operates
- Work directly with developers on enhancements
- Produce functional and technical documentation
- Support testing, process simulations, training, cutover, and hypercare [
Nice‑to‑Haves
- Salesforce experience (explicitly called out as a plus, not required)
- Experience in multiple SAP implementations
- Exposure to large, global manufacturing organizations
