- Select a customizable email template – rejection letter, interview request, or your own.
- Find your recipients. Use the filters and “select all” for speed.
- Edit your subject and message (if you’d like). Use Preview to check the final look.
- Update your recipients’ status in bulk. Choose whether you’d like to hear back.
- Send!
