InstantCandidates shows you resumes for job seekers who have opted in to our resume database (translation: they’re looking for new opportunities), are in or around your city, have the desired skill set you’re looking for, and have a relevant background. And if you see a resume you like, you can easily add that job seeker to your list of candidates for that job! This lets you be more proactive in your candidate search…waiting around for them to find you isn’t your only option anymore.
With a ZipRecruiter account, you can access InstantCandidates in a few different ways. On the job page for any of your jobs, just click the InstantCandidates logo and we’ll show you up to 4 relevant candidates for that job. If there are more matches (and there usually are), you can click through to our Resume Database where you can see the entire list of matches we found for you.
Another place where you can see InstantCandidates work its magic is in our Resume Database. In the left column of filters, we have added an option that lets you select any of your active jobs. Doing so will filter your results for the most relevant candidates we have found for that particular job. You can then further refine your search using the other filters provided, like Education, Years of Experience, Industry, Resume Freshness and more.
