QuickRate Your Way to a New Hire!

ZipRecruiter has worked hard to help get you the most candidates possible, and now we’re here to help you find the best one, fast. To help you manage your candidate pipeline more efficiently, we’ve introduced a new, easy-to-use “QuickRate” feature!

Now you can rate your candidates into three clear groups – “Interested,” “Unsure,” or “Not Interested” – at the click of a button. It’s so easy, you’ll never overlook or have to double-check a candidate again.

The most exciting part of this new feature is a full-screen view that allows you to quickly rate one candidate after another. This feature will be immediately accessible in many places throughout your candidate and job pages, and it’s mobile friendly! It will also save you the time of clicking on each candidate for review – now, simply rate your candidate and the next one will appear in its place.

Once you’ve rated your candidates, you can send mass communications to them by the groups they’ve been sorted into using our bulk email feature. You can use this feature to offer interviews to the candidates you’re interested in, or politely notify those you won’t be moving forward with, all at once.

You even have the option of automatically hiding candidates you rate as “Not Interested,” so you don’t have to continue sorting through them as you receive more applications.

You never have to worry that your ratings will be seen by candidates – only you and other users in your account will be able to add and view candidate ratings.
