We are seeking a Manager, Real-World Data and Analytics (RWDnA) to support the generation of real-world evidence (RWE) in oncology through the analysis of real-world data (RWD). Under the guidance of senior team members, you will be programming on internal RWD assets to support RWE generation to address research questions.
This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.

• Location: Sleepy Hollow, NY
Discover your role:
• Support the development of RWE queries, protocols, and SAPs in the oncology therapeutic area.
• Perform analyses of RWD using established methodologies and communicate findings to project teams and RWDnA colleagues.
• Support the preparation of presentations, publications, and other communication materials that summarize RWE findings.
• Provide operational support for interactions with external analytics vendors, including tracking deliverables and coordinating project activities.
This role requires:
• Doctoral degree in a quantitative field applying data science to healthcare data, or a Master's in a related field with 3+ years of relevant hands-on programming experience
• Advanced programming skills in SAS and R
• Hands-on experience with real-world data sources such as large-scale administrative claims data (e.g., Optum, Medicare, Komodo) and electronic health records
• Proficiency in statistical methods including survival analysis, propensity score methods, and generalized linear models
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.
• Oncology experience would be preferred.
