Purpose
Liberal Arts Career Services is looking for an energetic, well-organized, and passionate Student Associate to join our team. Previous work experience at a front desk or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Services Coordinator and Career Services staff
  • Support students and guests by answering emails or phone calls
  • Scheduling student appointment through 12twenty
  • Ensure that the overall office, kitchen, and storage area are polished and professional
  • Operate office machines and equipment, including computers, printers, laminator, etc.
  • Assist with special events and programs, i.e. the annual Law Fair and bi-annual Liberal Arts Career and Internship Fair and support in cross campus logistics
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Shift
Student Associate will work up to 19 hours a week during business hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
