This individual will play a key role in promoting Amphenol's advanced interconnect and power technologies through digital, print, and event marketing channels—translating complex technical capabilities into compelling messages that resonate with engineers, OEMs, and distribution partners.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced, technical, and collaborative environment and is passionate about driving brand impact through creative storytelling and data-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Marketing & Brand Development
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen the Amphenol Power Solutions brand and highlight our leadership in power interconnect technology.
  • Support business objectives by driving targeted campaigns across priority markets and customer segments.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform positioning and messaging.
Content & Campaign Execution
  • In collaboration with Amphenol's Global Marketing team, design and implement cohesive content strategies across digital platforms—website, blog, social media, and email.
  • Create and manage impactful marketing assets such as technical presentations, whitepapers, infographics, webinars, success stories, and videos that effectively communicate our value proposition.
  • Ensure alignment of content and visuals with Amphenol's brand standards and Power BU messaging framework.
Digital Marketing & Lead Engagement
  • Manage website content updates, product launches, and SEO optimization for the Power BU pages on Amphenol.com.
  • Execute digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation across key online channels.
  • Track analytics and campaign performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize future initiatives.
Collateral & Sales Enablement
  • Develop and maintain customer-facing materials including datasheets, brochures, presentations, and case studies.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and Engineering to ensure marketing assets accurately reflect technical features, application benefits, and differentiation.
Events, Trade Shows & Promotions
  • Plan and execute trade shows, technical conferences, and customer events—managing logistics, booth design, product displays, and promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate post-event communications and follow-up programs to capture leads and reinforce brand visibility.
  • Lead customer and internal promotional activities that celebrate new product launches, key design wins, and milestone achievements.
New Product Introduction (NPI) Marketing
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to define go-to-market strategies for new products.
  • Manage the rollout of launch materials, messaging, and content distribution across all internal and external channels, ensuring consistent and timely visibility.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the Power BU's regional sales and product teams, as well as with Amphenol's global marketing, web, and communications teams, to ensure alignment and maximize impact across initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing within technology, manufacturing, or industrial sectors (electrical components or interconnect solutions experience preferred).
  • Strong foundation in digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
  • Proven ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress (or similar CMS), and CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

Key Attributes
  • Highly organized with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative, data-informed mindset.
