Role Overview
FlexAI is looking for a Software Engineer (New Grad) to join our engineering team and help build the next generation of AI infrastructure.
From day one, you'll work on real product features that impact customers - not sandbox projects. You'll collaborate closely with a small, experienced team and learn by building across a wide range of technical challenges.
We move fast and value engineers who are curious, proactive, and excited to take ownership - with strong mentorship and support to help you grow quickly.
What You'll Do
  • Design and build highly reliable, resilient infrastructure products and features
  • Work closely with developers, product, and customer-facing teams to solve real problems
  • Write high-quality, extensible, and maintainable code
  • Design and build APIs to drive existing and new platform features
  • Build solutions with a high level of reliability, scalability, and security
  • Debug issues and improve system performance
  • 0-to-1 creation: Rapidly iterate - from idea to deployment
  • Take ownership of features and drive them to completion

What You'll Need to Be Successful
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
  • At least one internship - ideally in a high-growth startup or infrastructure environment
  • Strong coding ability in at least one language such as Python, Go, Java, or Javascript
  • Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Codex, Others)
  • Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and writing efficient, scalable code
  • Familiarity with web applications or API development
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and operate with increasing independence
  • Clear communication and ability to collaborate across teams
