As OSMA continues to expand its impact as a trusted source of continuing education for physicians and their teams, this role will help shape and deliver the programs that support that mission. • Partner with physicians, planning committees, specialty societies, and speakers to develop educational content, annual meetings, and learning opportunities.
      • Own the full event lifecycle, including contracts, venues, registration, audiovisual needs, food and beverage, marketing coordination, and onsite execution.
      • Maintain OSMA's ACCME accreditation and serve as the organization's lead resource for CME compliance, reporting, and continuing education credit processes.
      • Develop and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and support revenue generation through sponsors, exhibitors, and educational partnerships.
      • Build relationships with physicians, specialty societies, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, and other stakeholders.
      • Evaluate program effectiveness and identify opportunities to enhance future educational offerings.
      • Collaborate with OSMA staff and cross-functional partners to support organizational goals and member engagement.
