MercyOneGenesis is seeking a BC/BE Orthopedic Hand Surgeon to join our expanding orthopedic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be a foundational member of a new and rapidly growing orthopedic practice with the ability to design, develop, and elevate a comprehensive Hand & Upper Extremity program from day one.

We are looking for a fellowship-trained surgeon passionate about the full spectrum of hand and upper extremity care, including complex fractures, nerve and tendon injuries, microsurgery, arthritis care, and elective procedures. With strong institutional support, dedicated OR access, and robust APP coverage,youllhave the resources you need to build a thriving, high-demand practice.

Shape a service line. As part of a new and expanding practice, youllhave the autonomy to build and refine a best-in-class hand surgery program.

High-volumepotential. With a large catchment area and strong referral streams, youllstep into immediate surgical and clinical demand across hand, wrist, forearm, and elbow pathology.

Seamless collaboration. Work closely with emergency medicine, primary care, anesthesia, hospitalists, and therapy teams to support exceptional outcomes.

• Two-year guaranteed salary: $739,410, with production beginning at 10,650wRVUs
