Job description

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for driving operational excellence within a packaging or manufacturing zone
  • Deliver on zone-level KPIs and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Focus on process optimization, equipment reliability, machine capacity and utilization, and waste elimination
  • Lead a team of supervisors, engineers, and tech resources dedicated to the zone
  • Analyze data to drive focused improvement
  • Own all PWS initiatives and KPIs within the zone
  • Work effectively with support functions and operations leadership to translate improvement opportunities into sustained improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Engineering, Operations Management, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years of manufacturing or packaging experience with a focus on PWS and reliability
  • Proven effective leadership experience in continuous improvement
  • Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Strong Excel, Redzone and Power BI skills.
