What does a zipline guide do?

A typical day for a Zipline Guide involves inspecting equipment and zipline courses for safety, leading safety briefings for participants, assisting with harnessing and launching guests, and guiding groups through the course. Guides are responsible for maintaining a high standard of safety, providing encouragement, and responding quickly to any issues that may arise. Most work is outdoors and can involve collaborating closely with fellow guides and support staff. This hands-on, active role requires adaptability as each group and experience can vary depending on weather, group size, and participant needs.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the zipline position?

To excel as a Zipline Guide, you need a solid understanding of safety procedures, physical fitness, and experience in outdoor recreation or adventure activities.
