Job description

This is a home-daily opportunity with a consistent schedule and two consecutive days off each week. Drivers haul intermodal freight locally in and out of rail facilities throughout the Houston area.

Position Details
  • Home daily
  • Local Houston intermodal operation
  • Static weekly schedule
  • 2 consecutive days off each week
  • Day and night shift options available
  • Approximately 1,0001,200 miles per week
  • Intermodal freight moving in and out of rail
  • Mix of live load/unload, preload, and drop-and-hook freight
  • Average earnings approximately $1,000 per week
  • Weekly pay

Drivers should be prepared for shifts that may be approximately 12 hours depending on freight and customer needs.

Driver Qualifications
  • Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum 6 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
  • Must live within approximately 30 miles of ZIP code 77020
  • Must be comfortable operating in and around rail facilities and rail equipment
  • Must meet applicable DOT qualification requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
