Ziegler Gardner seeks experienced commercial litigation attorneys with five or more years of experience who are interested in working on sophisticated, high-stakes cases within our construction, architects & engineers’ professional liability, skilled nursing, and transportation practice groups in Dallas. These are new positions resulting from our continued growth.

These individuals will assist the firm in all facets of its litigation practice, including mission-critical depositions, strategy development, case evaluations, dispositive hearings, legal research and writing, alternative dispute resolution proceedings, arbitrations, and trials. These positions will involve direct client interaction, extensive collaboration with firm attorneys and staff, and task delegation to associate attorneys and support personnel.

The ideal candidates will possess at least five or more years of litigation experience, and candidates with more experience are encouraged to apply.

A signing bonus is available for well-qualified candidates.

Ziegler Gardner is a dynamic Dallas-based law firm representing the design, construction, nursing, and transportation industries.
