We're a small landscaping business looking for a full-time lawn mowing professional for our crew for the 2026 growing season. Candidates must have 3+ years of regular working experience on zero-turn mowers and be familiar with mowing patterns, string trimming and blowing procedures and all safety associated with that equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn mowing duties as assigned. Candidates will occasionally be required to work on landscape crews as-needed.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Demonstrate proficiency in lawn care and maintenance.
- Operate hand tools and equipment for groundskeeping tasks.
- Ensure proper trimming practices are implemented.
- Possess a valid driver's license for transportation to job sites.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a clean driver's license
- Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience operating zero-turn mowers & associated tools on residential &/or commercial lawns
Starting wage dependent upon experience and work integrity. Position is full-time hourly, with raise and benefit options available to long-term candidates after the first full year of employment. Winter work available for those with snow plowing experience. Candidates without some measure of zero-turn mowing experience will not be considered.
