• Maintain a flexible schedule by determining the number of clients you wish to see through our partner platform, Headway, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
• Expand your client caseload with ongoing marketing support and direct client referrals that the organization provides, ensuring a steady flow of new cases.
• Work closely with our team to match you with clients that align with your clinical specialties and preferences, enhancing your ability to deliver tailored care.
• Provide real-time, customized support to clients, streamlining their journey toward mental well-being, and facilitating efficient access to healthcare services.
• Utilize automated verification processes to check client insurance benefits seamlessly, allowing you to start therapy without delay and with full confidence in coverage.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Zenith Wellness Group, you will work with a variety of client demographics, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise will help clients articulate their challenges and aspirations, fostering a supportive environment for personal growth and recovery.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• A Master's degree in Counseling, Professional Counseling, or a closely related field.
• A dedicated workspace that ensures privacy and a high standard of patient confidentiality.
• Ability to meet all regulatory and background requirements necessary for the role.
• A thorough understanding of mental health issues and substance use diagnoses.
• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies and software for video consultations and internal communications.
• A strong commitment to working collaboratively with clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
• Capability to conduct comprehensive assessments as part of your therapeutic process.

• Prior experience providing telehealth services or working in an outpatient setting.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
• Experience in facilitating group therapy or workshops can be an added advantage.

• Competitive annual salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with your experience and caseload.
