• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to understand client mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources, ensuring a comprehensive treatment approach.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and trauma-focused therapy to provide individualized, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that define clear goals and interventions aimed at promoting growth and resilience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create cohesive and comprehensive client-centered treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and conduct risk assessments to ensure client safety and well-being during high-stress situations.
• Keep detailed and timely documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards, supporting the therapeutic process and organizational requirements.
• Lead engaging group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups to enhance our clients' therapeutic experience and foster community.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

We prefer candidates with at least two years of working experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
