• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, developing effective and personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.
• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques that align with established best practices to foster personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Regularly set and monitor therapeutic goals, documenting each client's progress meticulously as part of maintaining ethical care standards.
• Offer teletherapy options that facilitate access for clients who may face mobility or geographical barriers, ensuring inclusivity in mental health services.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer consultations to enhance therapeutic skills.

Our client population includes individuals facing diverse mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • A current and valid state license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD) is required.
• A minimum of a Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong connections with clients and colleagues alike.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward all clients, creating a safe therapeutic space.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage caseload and resources.

While not mandatory, experience in various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care will be regarded favorably. Familiarity with teletherapy tools and platforms is also beneficial, given our emphasis on remote service delivery.
