Job description

We are a manufacturer of stone countertops. This position is based out of Springfield, IL. 


Our installers are responsible for installing these countertops. You will be one of the faces of our company and one of many reasons our customer choose to do business with Modern Countertops

We run a full digital process: What does this mean for you?

The parts you will be installing will be laser templated, digitally layed out for precise material flow and CNC milled to ensure you do the least amount of onsite work as possible. We rarely pull an angle grinder out to cut back splash or core a hole. We let our machines do the heavy and dirty work for you.

    Requirements and Qualifications:

    • 2 years+ of Stone countertop installation experience preferred but we consider all applicants
    • Able to work 40 + hours weekly
    • Valid Drivers' License
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Cellphone
    • Car or daily prompt rides to and from work

    Salary and Incentives

    • Hourly wage with overtime pay to start(based off experience).
    • Holiday Pay: major holidays and a week break from Christmas to New Year's Day (after 3 months of employment)
    • 5 days of paid time off (after 3 months of employment)
