Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven YouTube Video Content Creator to help us document and showcase our construction projects, team, and craftsmanship. This role is hands-on and will involve filming on active job sites and turning real construction work into engaging digital content.

You will be responsible for producing high-quality video content that highlights our remodeling projects, custom builds, and behind-the-scenes work at LaBonte Construction.

Responsibilities
  • Film residential construction projects from start to finish
  • Capture job site progress, walkthroughs, and before/after transformations
  • Interview team members, clients (when appropriate), and project leads
  • Edit longform YouTube videos, Shorts, and social media clips
  • Develop content ideas that highlight craftsmanship and project storytelling
  • Optimize YouTube content (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, SEO)
  • Maintain consistent content schedule and upload strategy
  • Organize and manage video files and media assets
  • Collaborate with leadership and project managers to identify content opportunities
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in video creation, filming, and editing
  • Proficiency with editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve)
  • Comfortable working in active construction environments
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
