Key ResponsibilitiesVisual Storytelling & ProductionEnd-to-End Content Creation: Lead the creation of captivating visual assets, including short-form video (TikTok, Reels) and high-quality static graphics that stop the scroll.
YouTube Production: Play a pivotal role in our YouTube strategy, assisting with script ideation, on-set production, and post-production to build a dedicated subscriber base.
Brand Identity: Act as our "Brand Guardian," ensuring every video frame and graphic maintains a consistent, premium look and feel across all interaction channels.
Strategic Management & GrowthPlatform Mastery: Develop bespoke strategies for a diverse ecosystem, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google, Amazon, and Walmart.
Precision Copywriting: Craft compelling, persuasive copy for social content, email marketing campaigns, and real-time community engagement.
Data-Driven Decisions: Set ambitious goals, track performance metrics, and translate customer trends into actionable growth strategies.
Community EngagementDynamic Moderation: Manage real-time interactions, turning questions, reviews, and comments into opportunities for brand loyalty.

What You Bring to the Table
Experience: Proven background in social media or marketing with a portfolio that showcases your eye for design and video.
Platform Fluency: Knowledge of social media algorithms, publishing tools, and best-practices.
The Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a positive "can-do" attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with social monitoring tools, content publishing software, or SEO is a major plus. Adobe tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
