Job Description:The client is seeking a hands-on PPC/Paid Media Specialist to manage paid search, display, LinkedIn, and YouTube campaigns from setup through optimization and performance storytelling.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, display, and YouTube
  • Own campaign setup from start to finish
  • Conduct keyword research and make campaign optimizations
  • Monitor 3–6 campaigns at once across multiple business segments
  • Analyze KPIs, auction trends, ROI, pipeline metrics, and campaign performance
  • Use reporting tools such as GA4, Looker Studio, Google Ads, LinkedIn Business Manager, and campaign reporting platforms
  • Present campaign insights and performance stories to marketers and stakeholders
  • Partner with stakeholders to guide paid media strategy and optimization decisions
  • Set expectations around campaign performance, issues, and opportunities
  • Test and learn new paid media tools and platforms as needed

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of PPC, paid search, or paid media experience
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience with paid search, display, YouTube advertising, and pay-per-click campaigns
  • B2B paid media experience
  • Keyword research and campaign optimization experience
  • Ability to analyze numbers, understand campaign performance, and tell a clear data story
  • Comfortable presenting to and partnering with marketers, demand generation teams, and stakeholders
  • Ability to support strategy while also executing directly in campaign tools
  • Strong organization and ability to juggle multiple campaigns or projects at once
  • Stakeholder-facing confidence and ability to set expectations
  • Agency experience or experience managing multiple clients/campaigns
