About the Role

Hubbardton Forge is looking for a Video Content Creator to create visual storytelling across our brand, product, and marketing channels. The role is roughly split between on-site and in-studio(shoots, interviews, product features) and fast-turnaround editing for social and digital platforms. You’ll take a project from concept through final delivery, working closely with our Marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for product features, brand campaigns, social media, and showroom video displays

• Capture B-roll, interviews, and process/environmental footage

• Produce short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Produce and program high-resolution content for showroom videowalls

• Maintain consistent brand look, feel, and tone across all video content

• Manage and organize video assets and project files

• Assist with lighting, audio, and on-site production setup

What We’re Looking For

• A creative, self-directed storyteller who can balance high production quality with fast turnarounds, take feedback well, and stay flexible on shoot days.

• A collaborator who can work equally well independently or taking direction, and thrive in a team setting.

• Someone with a genuine eye for what makes content visually compelling and on-brand — and yes, mad skills.

Must-Haves

• 2+ years of professional videography/content creation experience

• Strong skills with video cameras, lighting, and audio recording

• Strong Adobe Premiere Pro editing skills

• A portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling and social-first content

• Comfortable working on-site 3–4 days/week for shoots and collaboration

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or motion graphics

• BrightSign programming experience (or interest in learning it)

• Experience producing for both long-form and short-form formats

Please include a link to your reel or portfolio with your application

Pay range $45,000 – $60,000
