  • Design promotional materials for restaurants, seasonal promotions, and events.
  • Update and maintain website content, promotions, and event calendars.
  • Partner with General Managers on location-specific marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate Passport promotions and Burger of the Month Club materials and participation.
  • Assist with social media planning, content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
  • Capture and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Maintain marketing calendars, deadlines, and project timelines.
  • Support future marketing technology initiatives as our brands continue to grow.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of marketing, communications, or digital marketing experience.
  • Experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and website content management.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing multiple projects.

Bonus Points

Experience with:

  • Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or franchise marketing.
  • Loyalty and CRM marketing platforms.
  • Photography and videography.
  • Analytics, engagement reporting, and campaign performance tracking.

To Apply

Please submit:

  • Your resume.
  • Links to social media pages or business accounts you've managed.
  • Examples of marketing campaigns, graphics, videos, or promotional materials you've created.
  • If available, include measurable results such as follower growth, engagement, email performance, or campaign metrics.
