Job description

At NAVEX, we're transforming the world-making it safer, more ethical, and ensuring every voice is heard. That's real impact.
Our high-performance culture is driven by our values. We move with speed, passion and purpose - as one team. We are bold in our ideas, accountable in our actions, and committed to doing the right things right.
As the Group Product Manager for our Risk solutions, you will own the vision, roadmap, and delivery supporting NAVEX's portfolio. This includes risk profiling, third-party due diligence, regulatory change management, and related capabilities across our integrated risk management suite. You'll shape how customers identify, assess, monitor, and respond to risk.
You will sit within the Product organization and partner closely with Design, Engineering, Customer Success, and subject-matter experts to strengthen our offerings with scalable, connected, and trusted risk intelligence. You will integrate AI to surface emerging risks and streamline complex workflows that help customers make faster, more informed decisions.
You'll thrive in this role surrounded by an engaged, collaborative team deeply committed to your success. Join us and help shape what's next!
What you'll get:
  • Meaningful Purpose. Your work helps organizations operate with integrity and protect their people-at a scale few companies can match.
  • High-Performance Environment. We move with urgency, set ambitious goals, and expect excellence. You'll be trusted with real ownership and supported to do the best work of your career.
  • Candid, Supportive Culture. We communicate openly, challenge ideas-not people-and value teammates who embrace bold thinking and continuous improvement.
  • Growth That Matters. You can count on authentic feedback, strong accountability, and leaders invested in your success so you can achieve real growth.
  • Rewards for Results. We provide clear, competitive compensation designed to recognize measurable outcomes and real impact.

What you'll do:
  • Define and communicate the strategy, desired outcomes, and investment priorities for our Risk customer value streams
  • Lead Risk PMs toward shared goals; set clear accountability, coach decision quality, develop talent, and build an inclusive, high-performing team
  • Direct continuous discovery, Voice of the Customer, product analytics, and competitive research to identify important problems, strengthen differentiation, and anticipate market shifts
  • Frame complex choices and resolve portfolio tradeoffs using customer impact, business value, evidence, feasibility, and strategic fit
  • Own an integrated roadmap across teams; orchestrate dependencies, sequencing, and delivery while protecting the highest-value outcomes
  • Establish measurable product outcomes; use customer, product, and financial evidence to inspect progress, learn, and adapt
  • Shape executive-level narratives, advise senior leaders, and align cross-functional partners around priorities, decisions, and change
  • Partner with Engineering and Design on scalable product practices, experimentation, AI-enabled experiences, and improvements to speed, quality, and learning
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance on business cases, launch, adoption, retention, and growth

What you'll bring:
  • 8+ years of progressive product-management experience delivering enterprise software, platform, or SaaS products; governance, risk, and compliance experience is preferred
  • 2+ years leading, coaching, and developing Product Managers or comparable product teams, including geographically distributed teams
  • Demonstrated success setting multi-product strategy, making investment tradeoffs, and achieving measurable customer and business outcomes
  • Deep capability in customer discovery, market and competitive analysis, product analytics, business cases, and go-to-market
  • Strong business acumen and executive communication, with the ability to simplify complexity, influence difficult decisions, and build commitment without relying on authority
  • Experience with Agile continuous delivery, with the ability to move effectively between strategy, operations, and organizational change
  • High tolerance for ambiguity, sound judgment, and a willingness to take informed risks while modeling customer focus, urgency, candor, and integrity
  • Culture Agility. Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation, healthy debate, and follow-through
  • AI Readiness. Curiosity and willingness to use AI and emerging technologies to elevate your work and deliver smarter outcomes
  • Fuel performance and outcomes. Leverage your job competencies and champion NAVEX's core values

Our side of the deal:
  • We'll be clear, we'll move fast, and we'll invest in your success. You deserve to be supported, challenged, and rewarded for the impact you make-and we commit to doing that every step of the way.
  • The starting pay range for this role is $150,000+ per annum with a 5% MBO. Discover how you can grow, lead, and make an impact by visiting our career page to learn more.
