Job description

We're looking for a creative and passionate Social Media Designer to develop engaging visual content that brings our brands to life across social media and digital platforms. This role combines graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation to support product launches, brand campaigns, athlete partnerships, and audience engagement.


This position requires an on-site, Monday-through-Friday schedule in our Janesville, Wisconsin office.


What You'll Do

  • Design high-impact social media and digital marketing content using Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Create photorealistic product composites through photo editing and retouching
  • Develop content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
  • Shoot and edit original photo and video content for product launches, events, and campaigns
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and brand ambassadors to create compelling content
  • Travel to races, events, and photoshoots to capture brand experiences
  • Present creative concepts and design rationale during team reviews
  • Stay current on social media, content, and design trends
  • Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects to edit short-form video content


What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
  • 4–6 years of graphic design, digital design, or social media content creation experience
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills
  • Passion for powersports, motorsports, outdoor recreation, or lifestyle brands is a plus
