Position Type: Full-Time

About LIFE Enterprise:

LIFE Enterprise is the parent organization behind two powerful brands: Ben Greenfield Life, a globally recognized health, performance, and longevity brand, and TRIUMPH Coaching, a high-performance coaching program built to transform the way people train, think, and live. Together, these brands represent a growing ecosystem of digital content, premium products, programs, and experiences dedicated to helping people optimize their lives.

We move quickly, priorities evolve, and much of what we do is still being built. If you want to build something real alongside a team that cares deeply about the work, keep reading.

Overview:

The Social Media Manager is responsible for writing, optimizing, and releasing content, along with engaging with the communities across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn for Ben Greenfield Life and TRIUMPH Coaching. This role owns social strategy and execution, working closely with the Partnerships and Podcast teams to extend the reach of our flagship content, collaborations, and keep social working in lockstep with the broader calendar, reporting to the Director of Operations. The successful candidate will bring fresh strategy and energy to our existing social presence, driving audience growth, engagement, revenue, and cultural relevance for the brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own social media strategy and content calendar for Ben Greenfield Life and TRIUMPH Coaching across Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, and LinkedIn, with support for YouTube
  • Build the social media playbook, develop and maintain SOPs for content drafting, optimization, scheduling, and community engagement that let us execute at volume without sacrificing quality.
  • Analyze content performance and audience trends to make strategic recommendations that improve reach, engagement, and overall content quality
  • Write, optimize, and schedule content and stories to release at optimal times, based on platform best practices
  • Monitor and respond to community members in a timely, on-brand manner across all assigned platforms
  • Repurpose podcast, YouTube, and website content into social-first posts that extend the reach of our flagship content
  • Collaborate closely with the Partnerships team on affiliate and advisory content, ensuring brand alignment, proper links/codes/tracking, and staying current on the status of paid content and posts
  • Collaborate with the podcast, operations, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency, and to develop an understanding of social media campaigns with broader organizational goals
  • Communicate cross-departmentally to ensure alignment with posts, including proper social media copy, visual assets, and timing of release.
  • Spot trending and viral opportunities in real time and bring them into the broader content strategy
  • Repurpose content from the BGL website to create value-driven social posts.
  • Perform basic photo and video editing to prepare content for each platform’s format and specs
  • Stay current on platform trends, algorithm shifts, and emerging social media tools
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand or influencer
  • A proven track record of creating content that drives both high engagement and business results. We want receipts. Come prepared to show specific content you made, how it performed, and what it did for the business beyond the view count.
  • Brand-level experience, not just personal account growth. You have done this work in someone else’s voice, adopting a brand’s perspective and point of view, and translating strategic thinking into content that converts into real business results.
  • Demonstrated funnel execution. You understand how a post connects to the next step, and you have built content that actually carried people there.
  • The organizational capacity to execute at volume. This role ships a high quantity of content across several platforms. That takes systems and discipline, not just good instincts.
  • Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling, accurate captions and copy that match brand voice
  • Deeply fluent in social media culture and trends, with the judgment to know what’s worth acting on
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, TikTok, and LinkedIn best practices
  • Experience scheduling content using social media management tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
