• Support the onboarding process by ensuring all required creator information is captured and organized
• Partner with program leads to ensure creator supply meets program demand (missions, campaigns, seeding needs)
• Maintain documentation and workflows that support scalable sourcing operations
• Contribute to program's internal reporting by tracking pipeline health and sourcing output
• Organization of content calendar to ensure constant pulse of complementary opportunities
Trend & Talent Discovery
• Stay closely tapped into emerging creators and trends, especially within beauty and lifestyle
• Proactively surface new creator pockets, up and comers, and communities for potential inclusion
• Identify creators who show strong potential for long-term advocacy and repeat engagement
Relationship Management
• Connect with existing creators to understand how to improve the program value
• Amplify in-platform community management
• Partner with the program leads to develop relevant programming
Qualifications
• 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing (internships included)
• Strong interest in creator discovery, social platforms, and emerging talent

• Strong interpersonal skills; strong interest in connecting with creators
