  • Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with people management.
  • Experience within the tech, media, or advertising industries.
  • Experience using industry-standard datasets to measure the impact of marketing initiatives and refine market positioning.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience utilizing AI productivity tools to solve complex, multi-layered problems and streamline business or development workflows.
  • Deep industry fluency in digital video, social media and creator/influencer advertising across organic and paid.
  • Proven track record of building consensus among cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Eng) without direct authority.

About the job
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will bridge the gap between product development and market execution. You will define how YouTube's creator products-specifically tailored for brand agreements-are positioned and sold through Influencer Marketing Agencies (IMA) partners and the Social Agency ecosystem. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring deep industry fluency. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Global Solutions teams to translate complex technical features into scalable marketing levers. By ensuring a clear value proposition and sales enablement, you will differentiate YouTube as the leading platform for creator-led brand growth in a crowded social landscape.
In this role, you will be leading business-to-business (B2B) product marketing for our creator marketing solutions across organic (creator partnerships) and paid (creator partnerships boost), as well as go-to-market for IMAs. You will be responsible for driving the global product positioning and activation strategy for YouTube's suite of creator-led advertising solutions, focused on engaging the influencer marketing agency ecosystem.
Know the user. Know the magic. Connect the two. At its core, marketing at Google starts with technology and ends with the user, bringing both together in unconventional ways. Our job is to demonstrate how Google's products solve the world's problems--from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. And we approach marketing in a way that only Google can--changing the game, redefining the medium, making the user the priority, and ultimately, letting the technology speak for itself.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $219000 - $305000 (USD) 25% bonus target equity benefits

  • Build strong partnerships across YouTube Business (YT Biz), Global Business Organization (GBO), YouTube (YT) and Ads Product teams, and third-party Ecosystem teams in order to accelerate the Creator Partnerships ecosystem globally.
  • Oversee the development of market research and product roadmaps into clear, actionable value propositions that differentiate YouTube from engaging social media platforms.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison between Product and Sales to align product roadmaps with market needs and agency feedback.
  • Validate product-market fit and claims using first-party data and third-party research to ensure YouTube's Creator Partnerships offerings remain industry-leading.
