Position Overview
White Columns Country Club is seeking an energetic, responsible, and engagingKidsClub Supervisorto provide a safe, fun, and welcoming environment for our members' children. This role is essential in enhancing the family experience at the Club by delivering high-quality care and developing and executing interactive programming.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
  • Supervise Kid's Club Attendants and Camp Counselors
  • Create a fun, engaging, and inclusive environment through games, crafts, and activities
  • Assist in the creation and leadkidsclub programming
  • Check children in and out according to Club procedures
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of theKidsClub area
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's experience or any concerns

  • Assist with special events, family programming, and seasonal activities
  • Respond calmly and appropriately to any incidents or emergencies
Qualifications
  • Previous teaching, childcare, camp, or youth program experience required. (Minimum 2 years)

  • Ability to multitask and manage groups of children of various ages
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain while employed)
  • Must be dependable and professional in appearance and conduct
Schedule & Availability
  • Part-time position
  • Evenings, weekends, and holidays required based on Club activity.
  • Weekdays during the summer are required based on Club activity.
