St. Charles Health System is a 13-bed acute rehabilitation unit dedicated to helping patients who are recovering from various injuries or illnesses. In partnership with Lifepoint Rehabilitation, this facility provides 24 hours of nursing care and intensive inpatient therapy to provide an outstanding experience and quality outcomes for all of the patients we serve. 

How you'll contribute

A PAI Assistant who excels in this role: 

  • Support in coordination of the IRF-PAI completion with the interdisciplinary team 

  • Gathering and input of data, transmission of data to Medicare 

  • Assists with education of staff regarding Quality Indicators (QIs) 

  • Assists with monitoring and management of CMS compliance 

  • Routine internal contacts include all clinical members of the interdisciplinary team 

  • External contacts are employees of the client facility 

  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for
