Job description

Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth!  Rite of Passage Team is hiring for an Administrative Intern (Receptionist & Finance Support) at our main office in Minden, Nevada

Minden, NV is a small town located in the western part of Nevada, In the Carson Valley, about 15 miles south of Carson City and roughly 45 south of Reno. It serves as the county seat of Douglas County. The area is known for its pc picturesque landscapes, characterized by the backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Mountains to the west and the Carson Range to the east. Minden itself is a charming, historic town with a population of just under 4,000 people.

Pay: Starting $20 an hour

What you will do:  As an Administrative Intern you will provide administrative, reception, and finance support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office.

To be considered you should: Possess a high school diploma ~ Proficient in MS office and Excel~ organized and detail oriented~ Good communication skills, both written and verbal ~ Ability to work independently and collaboratively~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.  

Schedule:  

Monday - Friday ~ varies < 29 hours a week
