Job description

Leader Breeders is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Attendee who will be responsible for creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for young people participating in programs and activities. This role focuses on supervision, relationship-building, and supporting youth development through structured and unstructured experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise youth in the lounge area to ensure safety and appropriate behavior at all times
-Build positive, respectful relationships with youth and serve as a role model
-Facilitate games, discussions, and activities that promote personal growth and leadership skills
-Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lounge environment
-Monitor attendance and report any incidents or concerns to supervisors
-Enforce program rules and guidelines in a fair and consistent manner
-Support special events, workshops, and group sessions as needed
-Communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff
