This position is designed for a remote work environment, allowing you the comfort and convenience of providing therapy from your home. Our digital infrastructure includes an intuitive counselor portal that efficiently manages client assignments, documentation, and scheduling, enabling you to focus on what matters most—your clients.

As a licensed mental health counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical, empathetic individual counseling sessions via secure video chat.
• Utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to meet the individualized needs of clients, particularly those with stable, low acuity mental health challenges.
• Developing, implementing, and regularly updating customized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Facilitating discussions to help clients gain insights into their emotions, behaviors, and interpersonal relationships.
• Monitoring client progress throughout treatment and implementing modifications to therapy as necessary.
• Helping clients cultivate healthy coping mechanisms to improve their daily functioning and overall quality of life.

Your work will be primarily focused on supporting a diverse group of adults presenting with a range of mental health needs. This may include individuals dealing with stress, anxiety, mild depression, and transitional life challenges. The goal is to empower clients to develop the necessary skills to navigate their mental health journey effectively.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• A current state-issued mental health counseling license, allowing you to work independently (no supervisory licenses or disciplinary actions).
• Counselor credentials including LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD.
