The lab uses a combination of physiology, cellular, molecular, and functional imaging techniques. The qualified candidate will assist with tissue acquisition and processing nerve and dorsal root ganglia from organ donors, induced pluripotent stem cell origin, and mouse models. Methods in the lab include cell culture, cell physiology, protein and gene assays, and fluorescent time-lapse microscopy. This position requires excellent communication, bench skills, high integrity recordkeeping, data analysis including statistical reasoning, and scientific writing ability.
