Role Responsibilities

• Deliver ongoing, comprehensive care for individuals and families across all ages, from childhood through elderhood.

• Perform thorough physical examinations, analyze diagnostic results, and craft personalized treatment strategies.

• Leverage electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain meticulous and current patient documentation.

Education Requirements

• Current MD or DO from a recognized medical institution.
• Completion of a Family Medicine residency accredited by an appropriate body.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possess or be eligible for an active Indiana medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certification is a plus.

Skills and Experience
