Connect your mind and body with this beginner-friendly class. Expect to explore postures, movement, and breathing techniques to relieve stress, relieve sore muscles, and increase overall well-being. 

                     

Competencies and outcomes include: 

  • Demonstrate self-reflection, control the breath, achieve deep relaxation, and grow through meditation.

  • Demonstrate basic skills associated with yoga activities including strength and flexibility, balance and coordination. 

  • Demonstrate the ability to perform yoga movements in various combinations and forms.
