Attention all Fitness Enthusiasts! Physiq Fitness is expanding our Personal Training team for our Lancaster location. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time work, this is the perfect opportunity for you to grow your career in the fitness industry. Bi-lingual is preferred.
Get ready to hit the ground running with a starting pay of $14-$20 per 30 minutes during training sessions, and $28-$40 per hour during training sessions! If you're a skilled class instructor, you could earn even more - up to $20-$35 a class teaching team training. And, to top it off, you'll be paid for the time you spend programming and running assessments on members.
As a personal trainer or coach, you'll be instructing and guiding individuals and groups in exercise activities, and developing fitness programs to improve cardiorespiratory function, body composition, muscular strength, endurance, and flexibility. You'll demonstrate techniques, observe participants, and offer corrective measures to help improve skills and prevent injury. You'll plan classes, choose music, and select movements that are appropriate for each muscle group, all while considering participant's capabilities and limitations.
